Syrian Roots

LBR (leaves By Roots) is a chain of restaurants in Dutch train stations. Their mission is to serve healthy, highly nutritious food in an area (i.e. train stations) where you would normally struggle to find anything healthy to eat. While doing that they want to enable newcomers to access the job market through the collaborative work of making delicious food. They aim to make a change to the status quo surrounding social integration and migration.
