Noori’s mission is to create a sustainable brand of premium dates. They import their dates from the middle east and strive for zero waste by using the date leaves to produce the handmade packaging as well as using the bruised dates to make date sugar. Date sugar is high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fibres and can be used in desserts and baked goods as an alternative to industrial sugar.
