Leigh Turner is a masters student at the Reinwardt Academie, completing her thesis on the subject of heritage and conscious consumption with a focus on kombucha. Her research aims to assist the Supermarket of The Future project in discovering how to encourage consumers to choose healthy and sustainable products. She has a background in horeca and consumer-facing roles.
