Gabriele was born in a small town in the North of Italy, where he used to help out on his grandmother’s farm and where his love for vegan food started. Yet, he knows how hard it is to eliminate cheese from your diet. That’s why he set out to create ‘veggieeses’, plant-based cheese for all the cheese lovers out there! With his company Vegan Beard Chef, he makes innovative cheeses from potatoes, cauliflower, sweet potatoes & carrots.
