Meet Damien. With his company Nudge he creates organic slow juice with ingredients directly from farmers. The recipe is simple, 80% veggies 20% fruit, herbs and spices. It is called ‘Nudge’ because it’s super healthy but also fun! Damien wants people to see the versatility of juice, aside from it being a healthy drink. For instance, Nudge’ juice can also be used to cook with or create fantastic cocktails.
